At volerGROUP, we are committed to delivering precise and reliable solutions for infrastructure and development projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a Survey Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage various survey projects, including topographic, land, building, and boundary surveys. Key responsibilities include coordination with clients and teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, supervising fieldwork, validating data accuracy, and providing final survey deliverables. You will also ensure adherence to company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements while contributing to project planning and workflow optimization.QualificationsStrong expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Building SurveyingProfessional License or the ability to obtain one in a reasonable amount of timeProficiency in conducting and managing Boundary Surveys and general Surveying activitiesProficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Office SuiteStrong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in Orlando, FL, and effectively lead teamsFamiliarity with LiDAR technology and subsurface utility engineering is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredWriting complex technical scopes of work for both office and field staffSchedule surveying and mapping technician operationsBenefits80 hours PTO a year, additional 40 hours after 5 years of service9 paid HolidaysCompany contributes 50% of employees’ monthly premium and 25% for any dependents for health insurance.Company paid for vision and dental insurance.
