Junior Business Developer

Performanze is a technology consultancy focused on revenue.We design and build software, data systems, AI-driven tools and digital assets that directly impact sales, margin and operational efficiency.We don't sell presentations.We are expanding into the U.S. market, starting in Miami — and we are looking for the first person on the ground to help us build it.The RoleWe are hiring a JuniorBusiness Developer (Team – USA) to help us launch and grow Performanze in the U.S. market.This is not a traditional sales job.You will be part of building the U.S. operation from scratch — testing messaging, opening doors, validating market demand, and generating qualified opportunities with local SMBs.You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping the future of Performanze USA.What You'll Do (Phase 1 – First 6 Months)Prospect and identify small and mid-sized businesses in MiamiGenerate outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, in-person networking)Book qualified meetings and demos with decision-makersSupport demo preparation and follow-upsHelp validate pricing and positioning in the U.S. marketBuild and manage a structured local pipelineAttend networking events and represent the company locallyYou will focus on:Software solutionsMarketing & paid advertising systemsWhat This Is NOTNot a corporate, 9–5 jobNot a high fixed salary comfort roleNot a fully built brand in the USA yet.This is building something from zero.Who We're Looking ForFluent Spanish (native/professional level)23–28 years old (ideal range, not mandatory)Background in Business, Marketing, or Tech preferredSome B2B or SaaS sales exposure (even internships count)Highly ambitious and performance-drivenComfortable with variable compensationHungry for long-term upsideCompensation StructureInitial Phase (Part-Time – ~20h/week)Base: $3.000/monthStrong performance-based variable:Commission on closed deals (first-year revenue)After Performance ValidationTransition to full-timeIncreased base salaryHigher commission structurePotential long-term leadership path (Head of Growth USA)Possible future phantom equity participationIf the U.S. expansion succeeds, you will not be "an employee."You will be the first building block of Performanze USA.This role can evolve into:Head of Growth – USAU.S. Market LeadRevenue Operations LeadFounding Team Member with long-term upsideThe Downsides (We're Honest)You will build pipeline from scratchYou will face rejectionBrand awareness in the U.S. is not established yetEarly stage means uncertaintyIf you're looking for comfort and predictability, this is not the right role.If you want to build something meaningful from day one, it might be.J-18808-Ljbffr
