Overview IT Project Manager IVLocation: Rosemead, CA 91770Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday - must be flexible if onsite days change)Employment Type: Contractor (12 months)Openings: 1 positionWork Schedule: M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) | 40 hrs/weekCore Skills / Keywords: IT Project Management | Process Management | Microsoft Project | Project Plan | Weekly Status Reporting | Vendor Coordination | Service Transition Planning | QA/Architecture Review | Stakeholder Management | SCE Processes | Cross-Functional CoordinationResponsibilities Own the end-to-end technology workstream project management for assigned initiativesCoordinate and drive alignment across product vendors, service vendors, and internal SCE stakeholders / business partnersDevelop and maintain a detailed project plan using Microsoft ProjectTrack and manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issuesEnsure execution across multiple SCE teams and technology domainsProvide weekly status reports at regular intervals to operational teams and management / leadershipCoordinate and manage activities related to Service Transition Planning & SupportCoordinate Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processesSupport SCE project governance requirements and ensure alignment to SCE processesEnsure consistent follow-ups, proactive communication, and timely resolution of blockersRequirements Bachelor's degree required7-12 years of IT Project Management experienceStrong IT Project Management skills including planning, execution, and controlExperience in Process ManagementFamiliarity with SCE processes (or ability to learn quickly and adapt)Strong working experience using Microsoft Project for comprehensive project planningExperience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholdersPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Highly proactive with strong ownership mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience coordinating service transition activitiesFamiliarity with IT quality design/architecture governance processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
