Responsibilities include developing project schedules and budgets, managing on-site teams and subcontractors, and maintaining effective client communication. You will also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitor project progress, and provide leadership to resolve challenges efficiently. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with some travel to project locations.QualificationsProven expertise in Government / Healthcare / Commercial / General Construction Project ManagementManaging multiple projects running concurrentlyStrong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and Budgeting practicesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead project executionStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficient in relevant project management software and toolsMinimum 8+ years of experience in General Construction Project Management or a related fieldFamiliarity with ICRA and Quality ControlProficient in: MS Excel, Word, Adobe, MS Project, and Outlook
