A company is looking for a Community Care Advocate Scheduler (Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individuals seeking social services and community resources
Provide information and referrals for assistance with food, housing, shelter, utilities, clothing, and transportation support
Document all caller interactions accurately according to established procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior high-volume inbound call center experience in a queue-based environment
Ability to manage emotionally sensitive or crisis-driven conversations professionally
Must pass background check and drug screen (marijuana not tested)
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
