About the Role As a Stocker, you'll work directly with customers on the sales floor. You'll learn about products, understand customer needs, explain available options, and help create a positive shopping experience. Face-to-Face Sales & Customer Service * Greet customers and create a welcoming experience. * Speak with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Explain product features, pricing, and promotions. * Recommend products based on customer needs. * Support face-to-face sales and daily sales goals. * Answer customer questions and provide helpful information. * Build positive customer relationships through professional service. Sales Floor & Product Presentation * Keep products organized and properly presented. * Maintain attractive, customer-ready displays. * Support promotional and seasonal sales activities. * Monitor product availability on the sales floor. * Communicate product and customer needs to the team. * Help maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment. What We're Looking For * Friendly, confident, and professional communication style. * Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Interest in sales and customer interaction. * Reliable, punctual, and motivated. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Experience & Training Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience are welcome.
