In this role, you will focus on applying advanced machine learning techniques to enhance Discord's core revenue surfaces, including Shop, Nitro, Server Subscriptions, and Gifting. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize ranking, targeting, and recommendation systems that connect users with the most relevant products, subscriptions, and content. You will lead organization-wide initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic product decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable ML systems, a strong technical background in deep learning and recommendation models, and a passion for solving ambiguous, technically challenging problems.
