Interim Director, Pharmacy (Seattle)

HCT is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to serve as an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a 50 bed hospital in WA.The Pharmacy Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct and oversee daily inpatient operations; Looking at quality, regulatory preparedness, complianceInterfacing with nurse managers and other leaders and report outsMay have to be the Pharmacy PIC/Person in ChargeWork in an inpatient pharmacy enviromentPrimarily M-F with availability on weekends as neededRequirements:Education: PharmD requiredExperience: 3-5 years of patient care inpatient experience; 3-5 years of management/leadership experience; experience with direct bedside care/Inpatient/ clinical experienceLicense: Licensed to practice in WA is required or in the process already and about to receive their license in WA.Certifications: BLS and ACLS requiredExpenses booked and paid for while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.Earn $2,000 for every candidate or position placement from your referral that HCT successfully places!
