Position: Scala/Spark Engineer – Data Engineering & AI WorkflowsLocation: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)Job Type: Fulltime / W2 / C2C Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Scala/Spark Engineer with strong Data Engineering experience and exposure to building AI-enabled data processing workflows.Key Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Scala and Apache SparkSolid background in Data Engineering, including building scalable data processing pipelinesExperience developing backend services and distributed data processing applicationsAbility to build or integrate Agentic/AI workflows into data pipelines, incorporating AI processing steps where neededFamiliarity with modern AI/LLM frameworks and APIs is a plusPreferred Experience:Experience working on AI/ML-enabled data platforms or intelligent data pipelinesExposure to workflow orchestration, cloud data platforms, and distributed systems is desirable
