Senior Product Manager – AI Infrastructure (Inference) | Remote (Europe)DetailsLocation: Remote (Europe ±3 hours)Salary: Up to ~€130K + equity (flexible for exceptional candidates)Start: ASAP (fast-moving process)I am currently partnering with a high-growth European deep-tech company building next-generation AI infrastructure.This is a high-impact hire:Own critical parts of the roadmap for a cutting-edge AI inference platformWork at the intersection of AI, semiconductors, and large-scale systemsHelp shape Europe’s position in the global AI infrastructure raceThe OpportunityThis company is developing ultra-efficient, brain-inspired AI compute systems, already deployed at supercomputer scale.They are now looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI) to play a key role in developing their AI inference platform.What You’ll DoOwn and drive key areas of the AI inference product roadmapTranslate deep technical capabilities into clear product requirementsWork closely with ML, hardware, and infrastructure teamsSupport product-market fit in a rapidly evolving AI landscapeBring market insight into product and technical decisionsContribute to technical direction and prioritisation across the productWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll come from one of the following backgrounds:AI Hardware / Semiconductor:Experience with GPUs, TPUs, DPUs or AI acceleratorsBackground in companies like AMD, Intel, Graphcore, etc.AI Infrastructure / Compilers:Experience with MLIR, compilers, or ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)Strong understanding of inference systemsMachine Learning (Research background / Advanced):Experience in LLMs, sparse ML, or ML researchIdeally exposure to building or scaling ML systemsYou’ll Also BringExperience working on complex, highly technical productsAbility to collaborate across engineering, research, and product teamsStrong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystemSolid product fundamentals (roadmapping, prioritisation, execution)Clear communication and ability to explain complex topics simply
