Team Leads and their Direct Support Staff provide individualized support working hand in hand with the customers to empower them to utilize choices, create successful and valued roles within their community, and pursuit chosen milestones! Team Leads would be responsible for oversight of day to day functioning of the home and mental and physical wellbeing of the individuals who reside in the home (4-5 customers per home). Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age. Two years post high school education in a human service related field or two years full-time equivalent experience serving persons with disabilities is preferred. Must be able to use a computer to do spreadsheets and documents in Word.
