DescriptionOur Commitment To You:Competitive wagesMedical insurance plan401k retirementA professional and respectful work environmentPaid vacation/holidaysEmployee vehicle purchase programResponsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)The basic function of Parts Counter person is the sale of vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers, while expediting the parts requirements of the Service department.Fill orders for the Service Department and customer.Promote sales of parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers.Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.Maintain parts inventory.RequirementsOur Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Ford Experience Required1 year prior experience in Parts stocking.Good working knowledge of vehicle parts.Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.Performance of extensive numerical calculations to a written record with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer requirements.Ability to retrieve, load and deliver items of various sizes and weights (up to 125 lbs.) in operable and undamaged condition.Computer skills; familiarity with CDK Parts Inventory Computer system.Possess good customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team oriented.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to communicate and understand English and Spanish a plus.Maintain a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a variety of vehicle types, insurable.
