Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Area Manager to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Area Manager will lead regional operations, oversee daily field activities, manage and support team members, and ensure all projects are executed efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving growth objectives. Qualifications Management and leadership skills with experience in leading diverse teams and managing regional operationsStrong knowledge of project management practices, budget management, and operational planningCommitment to upholding safety standards and compliance regulations in all operational activitiesEffective communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze and improve workflows, drive efficiency, and implement process enhancementsKnowledge of hydro-excavation or related industries is highly desirableProficiency with digital tools and technology used in project management and reportingBachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
