The Lee Group is hiring General Warehouse Associates in Virginia Beach, VA for full-time positions with well-established employers in the area.If you're dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the right opportunity for you!Job Details of General Warehouse Associates:Pay: $15.75/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Must be available daily until 6:00 PM for required overtime Other details: Weekly Pay | Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits | Steady, Full-Time WorkKey Responsibilities of General Warehouse Associates:Operate RF scanners to track inventory and scan barcodes for incoming and outgoing materialsLoad and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipmentsMove, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouseAssist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasFollow instructions from warehouse supervisors and team leadsUse hand tools, pallet jacks, or other equipment as requiredSupport daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasksAdhere to all safety protocols and use required PPEWhat You'll Need to be a General Warehouse Associates:High school diploma or GED preferredExperience operating RF scannersBasic computer skills for inventory tracking and order entryPrevious warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move throughout the dayStrong attendance and punctualityWillingness to work overtime as neededTeam-player attitude and commitment to workplace safetyAt The Lee Group, our mission is simple: Aligning Talent.
