Gillman is one of the largest dealerships in Texas, and has also been a proud recipient of the Houston Chronicle's Top 100 Workplaces 10 years in a row!RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:UCS computer system experience helpfulGreet Customers in a professional mannerPerform thorough walk-around inspection of vehiclesAccurately record customer concerns, and relay this information to technicians accuratelyHelp customer maintain their vehicle by outlining, and selling needed maintenance interval repairsKeep customers informed of vehicles progress while in shopNotify customers of changes in promise timesInform customers of future maintenance needsPerform active delivery of finished vehicles, with through explanation of work, and chargesComplete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published proceduresProduce quality work that evidence pride of workmanshipExplains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include other teammates and customers as required Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:Valid TDLClean driving recordPass drug testTwo year minimum experience (optional/dep. on hiring manager)BENEFITS:Medical401KDrug Free work environmentMonthly training classesEOECompany OverviewSince 1938, The Gillman Companies have been a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships.
