This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionThe Personal Lines Producer at Solano Insurance Group is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and for growing the book of business through new client sales.Responsibilities:Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questionsProvide quotes and support new and existing clientsAnswer phone calls and respond to emails promptlyMaintain accurate records in our systemSupport the team with daily office tasksIdentify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, or over the phone.Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations.Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, and maintain strong client relationships.Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.Qualifications:Bilingual (English & Spanish) requiredExcellent customer service skillsHighly organized with strong time management skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and other systemsPositive attitude and willingness to learnP&C LicenseBenefits/Perks:Competitive PayProfessional DevelopmentJob Stability in a growing industryPTO
