If you’re a detail-driven professional ready to make an immediate impact, this Billing Specialist opportunity offers both stability and growth.What’s the job?Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system Distribute invoices and supporting documentation via email and mail Verify pricing, shipping reports and conversions Create and process credit and debit memos Monitor in-transit shipments and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized electronic invoice records Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Assist with month-end close and shipment cutoff reviews Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams What’s needed?1-2 years of prior experience as a Billing Specialist or in invoicing/billing Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines Effective communication skills across teams and customers Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) Experience with NetSuite preferred Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency Key DetailsCompensation: $23–$26/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Work Model: Fully onsiteReady to take the next step in your career as a Billing Specialist?
