This role is ideal for candidates with strong machine operation experience who want to lead a team, maintain high production standards, and support continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Lead setup, operation, and optimization of converting and finishing equipmentMaintain quality standards and consistent product outputOversee inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, and cuttersTroubleshoot equipment issues and work to minimize downtimeTrain and guide crew members throughout the shiftMaintain accurate documentation and job recordsSupport safety, organization, and continuous improvement effortsMaintain smooth shift‐to‐shift communicationWhat We're Looking For:Strong experience operating industrial or converting equipmentLeadership or team‐lead experience in a production environmentAbility to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performanceUnderstanding of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipmentStrong communication and problem‐solving skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDWhy Join Us:Sign‐on bonus up to $5,000Leadership role with advancement potentialOpportunity to work with advanced automated production equipmentSupportive culture with training and developmentStable 12‐hour day or night shifts
