Candidates must understand and be able to perform quality installations of trim, mouldings, casework, doors and hardware. Come join our team!The ideal candidate must have a professional disposition, ability to manage personnel, and an extensive knowledge of finish carpentry. Under the supervision of their Project Manager, candidate must perform and manage all phases of onsite finish carpentry and millwork.ResponsibilitiesPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelinesEnsure OSHA guidelines for PPE and safety are followed by onsite personnelManage onsite personnel for optimal performance and efficiencyMaintain a clean job site40 hr. work week, Monday – Friday 7AM-3PMSome overtime requiredQualificationsAt least two years of hands-on experience autonomously running projectsDemonstrable skills in coordinating and scheduling crews and suppliersSkilled at working with Project Managers and other internal stakeholders to push desired outcomesStrong commitment to job site safety and efficiencyAbility to operate power tools such as table saws, chop saws, finish guns and other carpentry related toolsAbility to write and respond to emails in a professional mannerAbility to lift to 50 poundsProfessional appearance and demeanorBilingual (English/Spanish/Brazilian Portuguese a plus)Must have strong referencesMust have own transportationRequired ExperienceAt least 3 years carpentry experienceAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules and other construction documentsOSHA 10 trainingValid driver’s licenseJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeCompany DescriptionHere at Master Millwork, we specialize in high-end custom millwork projects for Senior Living, Multi-Unit Apartments & Hotels throughout the Greater Boston Area and New England.
