The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the COINS platform and its modules, as well as experience in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of our COINS ERP system to support the company's payroll and human resources modules.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesArea LiaisonAct as area liaison to the Payroll, Human Resource, and accounting teams for the Payroll and Human Resource modulesAssist teams with reporting, documentation, troubleshooting system proceduresAid in monthly, quarterly, and annual procedures including financial close, payroll reconciliations, W-2 filings, State Taxes, Benefit Enrollments and AuditAssist with Union reporting and Union system set upCollaboration with other area liaisons for Operations, Service and Financial modulesCOINS Continuous System Improvement ProjectsAct as the liaison between business subject matter experts during system improvement projectsGather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the COINS systemCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the implemented system meets the needs of the businessWork with business analysts to ensure all former and current business processes are documentedSystem Administration and Key File MaintenancesMonitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that ariseEnsure data integrity and security within the COINS environment, along with other membersConfigure and customize COINS modules to meet the specific needs of the businessUser SupportProvide training and support to COINS users across the organization.Create and maintain user documentation and training materialsAssist users with resolving technical issues and answering questions related to COINS functionalityQualificationsRequired:Proven experience (3+ years) as a COINS Construction ERP Software Administrator or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of COINS payroll and human resource modules, particularly those relevant to the construction industryStrong technical skills in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and database managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical usersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Experience in the construction industryFamiliarity with other construction software or ERP systemsPrior experience with software implementationsCertifications in COINS or related technologiesBenefitsMedical and Dental (100% of the premium covered by Miller Electric)401k retirement with company matchingVision plansDisability InsuranceBasic and Supplemental Life InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsTravel Accident InsuranceDisability InsuranceEqual Opportunity EmployerAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
