Essential Therapy Solutions started in 2007 in response to the overwhelming number of families in our Arizona community requiring services. We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population. COTA Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the OT.Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing.Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with assistant licensure.Appropriate certifications and/or licensures Pass state and federal background checks Skills:Ability to handle workload and travel to client's housesAbility to build rapport with patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesMust have basic computer skills, including word processingMust have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsW2 Employee Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays, 401k, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Pet Insurance, and more perks We are an agency of providers dedicated to empowering families and their loved ones by enhancing their quality of life within our local communities.
