Job DetailsExperience Developer (Contract)Location: Remote PSTDuration: 6/1/2026 to 11/27/2026Team: Commerce PMAbout The RoleThe Experience Developer owns the full lifecycle of personalized digital experiences across Adobe surfaces, from requirements gathering and backlog management through content authoring, campaign execution, quality validation, and production monitoring. This role combines agile delivery with hands-on operational rigor, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to reliably deliver and continuously improve digital experiences for millions of global customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live campaigns via Splunk; build and maintain dashboards and alerts for rapid issue detection and triageServe as an escalation point for production incidents, owning triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination with engineering teamsCollaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, document findings, and deliver preventive recommendationsParticipate in on-call rotations within defined SLA windowsMaintain runbooks, incident playbooks, test cases, and operational documentationContribute to automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and reduce toilAuthor components and experiences in a headless CMS across multiple Adobe surfaces and customer journeysBuild campaigns to deliver personalized content experiences to a global customer baseValidate personalization logic, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting for accuracy and consistencySupport and optimize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, ensuring test integrity and data accuracy.Required Skills & QualificationsFunctional2+ years in JSON scripting, Product Support, QA, or a similar role within digital platformsExperience with campaign orchestration or experimentation tools (Adobe Target, AJO, Optimizely)Understanding of personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testingIncident management, SLA adherence, and on-call support experienceTechnicalSplunk proficiency: dashboards, SQL queries, alert configurationJSON and REST API validation; Postbuster or PostmanFamiliarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)Preferred QualificationsAdobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AJO, Adobe Target, Analytics)Headless CMS architectures and content delivery frameworksSQL and analytics debuggingTest automation frameworks or scripting.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.Compensation$40.00 to $44.65 per hour.#36144086
