This role involves supporting and promoting clients products and services, engaging directly with customers and partners, and collaborating across internal teams to identify and develop new opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF/Microwave focusBSEE with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an RF Engineering-related technical positionMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF/Microwave focusAdditional Requirements:Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interest and aptitude for marketing/sales-related application workU.S. Citizenship or permanent residencyKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and promotion of clients products and servicesCommunicate with external customers, partners, and sales representativesCollaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to develop new opportunitiesParticipate in customer visits, trade shows, webinars, and web meetingsAssist with training, troubleshooting, and RFQ preparationDevelop application notes, design examples, technical papers, and video tutorialsSupport software product testing and installer managementTechnical SkillsProficiency with RF/Microwave simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, NI AWRDE, HFSS, Sonnet Suites, Cadence)Strong understanding of clients products and ability to provide software demos and technical supportHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Camtasia for audio/video recording and editingCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience and education) Benefits include vacation, health, life, disability, and retirement plans Work in beautiful Florida (Remote engagements are also a possibility).
