Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities:● Work in a team environment to architect, design, develop, and release EthernetSwitching systems.● Collaborate with Marketing to understand and prioritize customer requirements.● Partner with Software, ASIC Development, HW Qualification, Diagnostics, andManufacturing teams.● Utilize a cross-functional development methodology focused on product robustness,high reliability, and customer satisfaction.Desired Skills:● Highly motivated and passionate team player.● Strong working knowledge of Board Design tools (Cadence Concept/Allegro).● Excellent communication skills; ability to express complex technological concepts andinfluence within a team environment.● Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or beat deadlines.● Willingness to go the extra mile to successfully complete development and supportactivities.Minimum Qualifications:● In-depth knowledge of circuit board design concepts, challenges, and trade-offs, labbring-up, and system-level design validation.● In-depth knowledge of high-speed design signal integrity, power distribution, and CPUsubsystem design.● Programming skills with Python for bring-up automation and testing.● BSEE with 6+ years of experience or MSEE with 2+ years of experience.
