This is a high-priority role requiring strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectivesManage Data Transformation and Cloud Migration initiatives across multiple teamsDevelop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendorsIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryDrive governance, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organizationEnsure adherence to best practices in program and project managementRequired QualificationsProven experience leading large-scale transformation programs (must-have)Strong background in Data Transformation and Cloud Migration projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teamsExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformPMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
