Bilingual Warehouse Onboarding & Training Coordinator

Pay: $25/hrShift: Multiple Shifts Available -- Must be flexible to work overtime.Sun - Wed: 7am - 6pm // Currently working: 7am-7pm shifts 5/6 days a week until mid-July.Wed - Sat: 7am - 6pm // Currently working: 7am-7pm shifts 5/6 days a week until mid-July.Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pmPosition Type: Temp to HirePosition Scope:The Bilingual Warehouse Operations Support team member will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on onboarding, training support, employee communication, and operational assistance across multiple departments. This position will assist on-site management with day one onboarding activities, coaching associates, translating operational instructions, and helping train employees throughout the warehouse.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to operational changes, and enjoys helping support and develop warehouse teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and support day one onboarding activities for new hiresAssist with training employees across multiple warehouse departmentsTranslate and communicate operational instructions between management and associates in multiple languages as neededSupport on-site managers with employee engagement, coaching, and daily floor operationsReinforce warehouse safety procedures and operational expectationsAssist with PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training support as neededHelp ensure associates understand processes, productivity expectations, attendance policies, and workflow proceduresProvide basic administrative support related to onboarding and training documentationMonitor employee progress during training periods and communicate updates to managementSupport process changes and help associates adapt to new workflows and operational updatesPromote a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the warehouseSupport overtime operations when assigned shifts are scheduled for OTQualificationsAbility to communicate in multiple languages preferred based on site needsPrevious warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferredExperience with onboarding, training, coaching, or team lead responsibilities strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving warehouse environmentComfortable training and interacting with employees across different departmentsBasic computer and administrative skills preferredFlexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
