Backed by strong global momentum, they’re scaling fast and redefining how EV infrastructure is built and maintained.What you'll do:Provide hands-on support in design, development, and repair effortsPerform functions across all manufacturing operationsWork with engineers on setup and calibration tasksConduct rework and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assembliesDevelop and maintain methods, operation sequences, and manufacturing processesSupport fabrication and assembly of parts, components, and final productsContribute as a team member by advising and collaborating with engineeringCoordinate with engineering on the release of new and existing productsResponsibilities:Contribute efforts to define and write test plans, procedures, and reports. Effectively document technical issues, test and measurement results, proposed solutions, etc. Perform functional or parametric testing of electronic circuit boards or assemblies. Collaboration with engineers throughout the Development, Test, Manufacturing, and Operations organizations to effectively identify and help resolve hardware design issues and assist in driving these issues to closure.Develop and follow established processes and procedures.Use schematic analysis combined with standard electronic test techniques to perform failure analysis and root cause determination to a component level. Perform component-level repair on these assemblies using both SMT and through-hole rework techniques. Provide regular status and progress towards milestones with team leads. Assist the Engineering staff as necessary in the design, fabrication, or validation of new production test fixtures.Requirements:Associate degree, completion of electronic technology certification, or equivalent technical experience. Good Analytics, problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis skills. 4+ years’ experience in electronics testing (Electronic Hardware Functional Test and Software Integration testing)Experience with troubleshooting electronic hardware independently, locating manufacturing defects or defective components using standard electronic test equipment. Visually inspect work with a sharp eye for quality.Experience with test & debugging utilizing standard and custom software tools. Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work environment and be comfortable working in a shop/laboratory environment. Ability to organize and manage electronic materials supporting pre-production builds. Build and rework prototype surface mount PCBA’s, mixed-technology PCBA’s and cable assemblies.Create accurate written records of work.PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Office suite, and Linux tools.Proficient in use of small hand tools (e.g., pliers, screwdrivers, nut drivers).
