This senior role delivers independent consultation and enterprise-level leadership in missile warning system verification, ensuring rigorous, reliable testing methodologies. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in system verification and validation, test strategy, and enterprise missile warning environments.ImpactIn this role, you will shape and influence enterprise missile warning verification strategies, directly supporting mission assurance for systems critical to national and global defense. Your recommendations and technical leadership will drive testing rigor, system reliability, and confidence in operational readiness for missile warning capabilities.ResponsibilitiesServe as Chief Test Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test.Provide expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test team.Deliver senior-level independent consultation and enterprise leadership for missile warning system verification.Develop recommendations and provide strategic advice on verification methodologies, approaches, and continuous improvement.Guide system verification and validation (V&V) efforts across development, integration, and operational environments.Support testing efforts within research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) environments.Collaborate with stakeholders across missile warning, space operations, and enterprise test communities.Required Knowledge & Experience§ FORGE Mission Data Processing Application Framework§ Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Enterprise§ Command and Control (C2) systems§ MIL-STD-1521B§ Agile/Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence)§ Design of Experiments§ System Verification and Validation (V&V)§ Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT)§ FORGE RDT&E environmentsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Science or Engineering.Minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.Extensive experience in system verification, testing, and senior technical leadership roles.Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
