SecureSplit is the workflow platform for divorce financial professionals -- attorneys, CDFAs, and mediators.We handle 50-state child support and spousal support calculations, court-ready reports, and compliance infrastructure built specifically for this market. We launched recently, we're generating early revenue, and California is our primary growth market.We're looking for a California-based Account Executive who knows how to open doors and close deals with legal and financial professionals. This is a commission-only, remote role for someone who is motivated by uncapped earning potential and wants to own a territory in a market with no dominant national competitor.The RoleYou'll be our boots on the ground in California. Your job is to get SecureSplit in front of family law attorneys, CDFAs, and mediators -- and convert them into paying customers. You'll work directly with our Director of Sales, and have the tools, support, and product to back you up.What You'll DoProspect and qualify leads across California: family law attorneys, CDFAs, and mediatorsDrive the full sales cycle from first outreach through closeBook and run product demos with qualified prospectsBuild relationships within the family law and divorce financial planning communityRepresent SecureSplit at local bar association events, CDFA chapter meetings, and professional networking opportunitiesProvide field-level feedback to help shape ongoing strategyWhat We're Looking ForExperience selling to attorneys, financial professionals, or other professional services audiencesFamiliarity with the family law or divorce financial planning space is a strong plusComfort with a commission-only structure -- you are motivated by what you closeExisting relationships within the California family law or CDFA community preferredSelf-starter who can manage their own pipeline and activity without hand-holdingCalifornia-based requiredCompensationThis is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Commission structure and rates will be shared during the interview process.
