System Reliability Engineer Program Manager
Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end reliability program for Mach’s autonomous defense platforms, shaping system reliability targets and risk-based decisions. You will work across Systems, Design, Avionics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test, Quality, and field operations to translate field and test data into corrective actions. You’ll lead reliability analyses and integrate supplier evidence to support platform-level decisions. This role offers hands-on impact at the Huntington Beach site, contributing to scalable, high-assurance defense systems.
