Human Resources Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join Full Smile Management! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and confidentiality, and is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic HR department.As a key support partner to our HR team, this role plays an important part in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.Responsibilities include:Providing administrative and clerical support to the HR teamMaintaining and organizing employee records and documentationAssisting with onboarding, paperwork, and general HR processesHandling sensitive information with a high level of confidentialitySupporting communication efforts and internal coordinationAssisting with special projects and other administrative tasks as neededYour work helps create a well-organized, responsive, and supportive HR function that allows our teams to thrive.Full-time | Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PMRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Previous administrative or Human Resources experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with basic computer systems and office softwarePositive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learnWhy Full Smile?At Full Smile Management, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team.
