This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, execute reliably, and support ongoing marketing priorities with some oversight.This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in (or near) Philadelphia and available for occasional in-person meetings and on-site event support.What You’ll DoOwn and execute a weekly content + social cadence (planning, drafting, publishing, distribution)Support event marketing end-to-end: promotion, registration support, speaker/agenda coordination, and on-site support as neededPartner with stakeholders to support messaging and campaign rollout across priority initiativesBuild or update landing pages / basic web content (WordPress / Framer)Support marketing workflows in HubSpot (lead capture, nurture, basic automation)Track performance and report on results; recommend improvements and next stepsMust-HavesPhiladelphia-area (remote-first, but available for in-person meetings/events)B2B marketing experienceStrong content + social execution skillsEvent marketing experienceNice-to-HavesHands-on experience with HubSpotWorking knowledge of WordPress and/or FramerGoogle Analytics, AdWords, and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn)Experience improving conversion on landing pages (basic CRO / funnel optimization)Comfort working with growth targets and pipeline metrics
