Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor Leadership role overseeing psychological assessment services within a collaborative outpatient setting. Opportunity to supervise interns and clinical staff while guiding assessment program development and maintaining high standards of culturally responsive care. Combination of psychological and neuropsychological testing, direct counseling services, treatment planning, and clinical mentorship. Strong autonomy within a team-based clinical environment focused on serving diverse patient populations. EPIC EMR platform with established workflows and administrative support. Base Salary: $130,000 – $135,000. HRSA and State loan forgiveness eligibility. Relocation assistance may be available. Full-time weekday schedule. Minimal call responsibilities with Officer-of-the-Day support structure. Supervise psychological and neuropsychological assessment services. Train, mentor, and support interns and clinical staff. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing. Provide direct counseling and behavioral health support services. Complete risk assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Support development and improvement of assessment programs and workflows.
