Client Service AssociateDecker Wealth Management in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time in-office Client Service Associate to join our team. You'll work alongside a team that values both professional excellence and treating people well.Compensation:Salary range of $65K-80K, commensurate with relevant experienceGreat work/life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule401(k) with employer matchRoom for development into an operations roleResponsibilities include:Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracyProcess account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various interactions with custodian(s)Document notes, activities, workflows and reports in our CRMManage and execute client deliverables after the advisors' meetings and communicate with clients to follow upCommunicate with clients via phone and email regularly regarding scheduling, paperwork, and follow up tasksAssist with some compliance tasks under the direction of our Chief Compliance OfficerSolve issues as they arise with the goal of providing excellent client serviceRequirements:1 year of financial services experienceAdept and skilled with technology we are a tech-forward firm. Mac experience is a plusSeries 65 or the ability to obtain in the first 6 monthsAbility to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesOrganization skills & attention to detailAbility to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time we do not micromanageAbility to learn and implement new technology and software quicklyAbility to communicate well with clients and colleagues and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacyOur firm's core values are: Integrity, Fiduciary, Intelligence, Dependable, Exceptional Service, and Respect.The Process:Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant.
