Executive Chef

We’re currently seeking an Executive Chef at our new CHIKO Sterling, VA location slated to open in November in the Cascades Shopping Center. Kitchen Management experience is required Join our award-winning team! CHIKO is a restaurant concept by The Fried Rice Collective (Anju, I Egg You, District Catering) founded by award-winning Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno. Co-Owner Danny Lee was nominated as a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in the Spring of 2020. While Co-Owner Scott Drewno has received the coveted "Chef of the Year" prize twice. Additionally, they have been featured in several national and local publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, Food and Wine, Men's Health, Washington Post, Washingtonian, and many more. Outside of the awards, accolades, and tireless effort we put into our food, we place people, diversity, and inclusion in the highest regard. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us while being supported with the training and tools needed to be successful.
