Together they form the basis from which performance is evaluated.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Corporate Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate partnerships that generate recurring membership revenue, increase club utilization, and enhance brand presence in the local business community.This role plays a critical part in both top-line growth and member lifecycle management, while also serving as a key field leader supporting club sales performance, training, and pre-sale execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCorporate Sales LeadershipDevelop and execute a strategic plan to grow corporate membership revenueIdentify, prospect, and close new corporate partnership opportunitiesBuild relationships with local and regional businesses to drive membership growthManage the full sales cycle, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and onboardingOversee corporate account renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and expansionTrack and report on sales pipeline, performance, and revenue forecastsCollaborate with marketing to support lead generation and campaign executionSales Leadership & Field SupportLead and facilitate sales training programs for club-level teams, focusing on membership growth, lead conversion, and sales process consistencyProvide hands-on sales support to clubs needing performance improvement, including on-site coaching and closing supportAssist in the development and execution of grassroots marketing initiatives to drive local awareness and lead generationPartner with club leadership to identify gaps and implement actionable plans to increase sales performancePlay an active role in pre-sale operations, including strategy development, team training, outreach efforts, and membership conversionTravel as needed to support underperforming clubs and new club openingsPerformance ExpectationsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Achievement of corporate sales revenue targetsGrowth and retention of corporate accountsImprovement in club-level sales performance where support is providedSuccessful execution of pre-sale strategies and new club ramp-upsEffectiveness of sales training programs and team developmentPerform other duties as required. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members.
