Java Technical Lead / Lead Developer Locations: Raleigh, NC / Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Experience Required: 12–18 YearsWe are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities: • Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications • Architect scalable microservices solutions using Java & Spring Boot • Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend integrations • Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and best practices • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for AWS deployments • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership • Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliabilityRequired Skills: ✅ Java / J2EE ✅ Spring Boot & Microservices ✅ REST APIs ✅ AWS Cloud ✅ CI/CD & DevOps practices ✅ Distributed systems & application architecture ✅ Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL ✅ Strong communication & leadership skillsPreferred Skills: Kafka or messaging systems Docker / Kubernetes Agile/Scrum experience Experience managing onsite/offshore teams
