Dance Instructor
Location: Sharon & Norwood, MA
Timeline: *September 14 - December 19*
*Must be available on weekday afternoons, specifically Mondays 3:15 - 4:15 PM and Tuesdays 2:30 - 3:30 PM*
Responsibilities:
* Ability to teach ballet for ages 3-6
* Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
* Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
* Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
* Provide a fun and creative environment.
* Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous teaching experience required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
* Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
* Valid Driver's License & car to drive to/from classes
Compensation & Benefits:
* Part time schedule
* High hourly compensation
