Baskin Robbins – Crew Member Job Description Location: Oxnard, CA Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Part-time/Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Baskin Robbins! You’ll play a key role in creating a fun and positive experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service with a smile Upsell products and promotions to increase sales Professionally handle and de-escalate customer complaints Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment Assist with restocking, prepping, and general store duties Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable upselling and resolving customer concerns Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
