Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Co-op/Interns)Pay Rate: $42 to $47.73/HRDuration: 6 monthsLocation: Draper, UT (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Co-op/Interns) to support university recruiting and early-career talent initiatives. This role will focus on internship, co-op, and rotational development programs while partnering closely with hiring managers, universities, and recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in campus recruiting, high-volume requisition management, and event coordination. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the organization's future talent pipeline and employer branding efforts.Manage end-to-end recruiting activities for engineering interns and co-op programs.Coordinate campus interviews and scheduling with hiring teams and technical interviewers.Build and maintain relationships with target universities and academic partners.Plan and execute recruiting events, including career fairs, tech talks, diversity events, and networking activities.Support rotational development and early-career talent programs.Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification reviews.Coordinate onboarding activities and recruiting program logistics.Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation.Partner with hiring managers to understand the workforce and hiring needs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.Experience with university recruiting, campus hiring, or early-career programs.High-volume requisition management experience.Strong candidate screening and sourcing abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience coordinating recruiting events and stakeholder activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Nice-to-Have Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting engineering or technical recruiting.Medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industry experience.Experience managing internship or co-op programs.Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.Experience supporting university relations initiatives.
