Information Technology Project Manager

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Project Manager (PMP Required) for a on-site opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will lead and coordinate multiple enterprise technology initiatives. This role requires an experienced project management professional who can drive projects from planning through implementation while collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.Required Qualifications of the IT Project ManagerApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies3+ years of project management experience supporting IT and software development projects3+ years of experience developing and maintaining project documentation, policies, procedures, training materials, and best practices3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle change management initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communicationExperience coordinating cross-functional teams through project planning, testing, implementation, and deployment activitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present project status and recommendations to leadershipPreferred Skills/Experience of the IT Project Manager: PMP CertificationResponsibilities of the IT Project Manager: Lead multiple technology projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines, budgets, and business objectivesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, status reports, and other project management deliverablesCoordinate activities among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to support successful project executivesManage project issues, risks, change requests, and escalation processes while providing regular status updates to stakeholdersTrack project financials, resource utilization, and performance metrics, and prepare reportsSupport implementation planning, knowledge transfer activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the project portfolioWork Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Onsite)Compensation / BenefitsFull-Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC means a competitive salary + paid OT, PTO, holidays, health, dental, disability, and life coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more***Please note: SYSTEMTEC is not set up to employ workers in the states of California, New York, and New Jersey.***
