Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection molding, is seeking a Production Operator - 3rd shift to join their dedicated team. As a Production Operator - you will be an essential part of the production department supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift Location: Scottsburg, IN Pay Range: $16.50 Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM What's the Job? Monitor products coming off injection molding machines for defects and quality standards Check and verify products against visual examples and packing instructions Trim excess fragments from molded parts to ensure quality Count, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to written directions Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and efficiency What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial production Ability to perform quality checks and operate plastic injection molding presses Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately What's in it for me?
