Senior Process Technician

I am looking to hire a full-time Process Technician for a reputable manufacturing company here in Mukwonago, WI (53149). The role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start right away! ***Will pay relocation costs***Pay: $35-45/hr + Unlimited OT+ $5000 Retention BonusSchedule: 2-2-3 shift (1st and 3rd shift openings)Location: Mukwonago, WI (53149)Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Profit Sharing, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Life & AD&D Insurance, PTOResponsibilities:Setup and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related equipment.Use of O.P.M. 20 system to troubleshoot process problemsDocumentation of any changes.Use of production process change form if the adjustments that need to be made go outside the upper of lower control limits.Work with the process Engineer to establish the process control limits.Communicate any process changes to the operator/inspector so they can perform any inspection per I.S.O. requirements.Communicate the status of the machines and process’s to the supervisorMust Haves:2-5 years of work experience and knowledge of plastic and plastic processing.Knowledge of how an injection-molding machine works.Understand and have good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronicsAny certifications (RJG, Routsis, Pauson, AIM, preferred)
