As a Supervisor, you will be supervising a team of airline professionals as you provide an excellent customer experience and maintain an efficient, safe, and on-time airline.Primary Job DutiesWork closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employeesDevelop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agentsProvide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnelEnsure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and proceduresConstantly promote teamwork to achieve station goalsAttend company training classes as neededConduct briefings and meetings with station personnelCross Utilized Agent duties as requiredMinimum Requirements18 years of age or olderPossess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPass a background check and drug screeningLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipPossess excellent communication and organizational skillsDemonstrate strong people and employee-relation skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedWork under pressureUnderstanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp proceduresLift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodationRequired knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and proceduresFamiliar with partner dedicated computer systemsPromote a safety culture in the stationThis position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysThis is a part-time position$14.50 per hour, plus overridePhysical and Other RequirementsThis is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive positionJ-18808-Ljbffr
