The successful candidate will be tasked with driving growth in retirement plan sales through various financial professionals, third-party administrators, registered investment advisors, and defined contribution investment-only firms. This role is pivotal in supporting business development by promoting the company's solutions, providing consultative support during the prospecting process, and actively participating in sales calls. Key responsibilities include engaging in over 60 meetings per month, developing expertise across platforms and products, and maintaining strong relationships to grow and retain retirement plan business. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a retirement plan wholesaling role, with a total of at least 7 years in the retirement plan industry. A Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63 license is required, along with a strong, in-depth knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan design. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in selling full-service defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative solutions, as well as strong time management, organizational skills, and the willingness to travel as necessary. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving consultative sales conversations, articulating competitive positioning, and value propositions, and will be adept at managing a Top 150 Financial Professionals list to guide territory planning.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsSales/RevenueBusiness Development
