We are seeking polished, professional Servers who understand the importance of timing, presence, and guest experience. Position Overview As a Server at Ladies and Gentlemen, you are responsible for guiding guests through their experience—from menu knowledge to pacing, hospitality, and service execution. You will work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service every night. Responsibilities Deliver elevated, attentive table service in a refined dining environment Greet guests professionally and guide them through the menu and cocktail offerings Maintain detailed knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and service standards Accurately take orders and communicate with the bar and kitchen Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs without intrusion Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of your section Uphold house rules, timing, and service expectations Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and proper attire at all times Qualifications Prior serving experience required (upscale dining or cocktail-focused concepts preferred) Strong communication and guest engagement skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Professional demeanor and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Evening and weekend availability required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs What We Offer Structured service standards and clear expectations Professional, respectful work environment Growth opportunities within an established hospitality group If you take hospitality seriously, value consistency, and enjoy working in an intimate, elevated setting, we encourage you to apply.
