The Table Attendant is responsible for providing recommendations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with leadership to address guest concerns while upholding Casa Bonita’s high standards of hospitality and beverage service.Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experienceAnticipate guest's wants and needs and offer food/drink/activity recommendations  Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and modifications, if applicable  Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with regulationsCheck on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction  Assist in running food, refilling beverages, sopapillas, and/or salsa  Pre-bus tables to ensure quick turnarounds and a clean dining space  Wrap and prepare silverware for service  Assist in performing the duties of a Table Assistant and Guest Services Attendant as needed  Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or the Director of Food & Beverage based on business needsQualifications/Skills: 18+ years of age At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassionate About Serving Others  Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience Able to communicate effectively in English Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish ServSafe Alcohol certificationPhysical & Environmental Demands: Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distanceAble to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAble to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skillsMust be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declinesAble to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shiftsAble to work in confined spacesComfortable working in loud, distracting environmentsAble to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure    Benefits:Casa Bonita also offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.All job applicants for duties to be performed at Casa must be Colorado residents at the time of application.Deadline to Apply:06/01/26To apply for this role, please click on the “apply for this position” button below.
