Maintenance MechanicHours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMPay: $24–$30 per hour (Weekly Pay)Benefits- PTO and holiday pay- Full benefits after 60 days (United medical, dental, and vision)- Medical plan options: $80–$217.37/month (employee only)- HSA, life & disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program- 401(k) with 4% company match when contributing at least 5%Job SummaryThe Maintenance Mechanic installs, repairs, and maintains industrial textile processing equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, operating boilers, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting safe and efficient plant operations.Key Responsibilities- Start up and shut down plant machinery.- Operate and maintain boilers, including water testing.- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.- Repair or replace worn or damaged parts and lubricate machinery.- Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.- Maintain shop areas, tools, and parts inventory.- Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.- Perform general facility maintenance and occasional truck repairs.Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.- 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or production environment.- Experience with electrical systems (3-phase 230V), PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and boilers.- Ability to read electrical schematics and use power/hand tools.- Valid driver's license.- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in an industrial environment with heat, noise, and machinery.Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to applyTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
