TXJD:Technical Skills RequiredStrong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQLBasic knowledge of scripting/programming (Shell or Java – added advantage)Experience with debugging, log analysis, and production support toolsUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flowsFamiliarity with ticketing tools such as JIRASoft SkillsExcellent communication skills, especially during high-severity incidentsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work effectively under pressure in mission-critical environmentsCollaborative team player with stakeholder management skillsNice to have skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExposure to monitoring tools, automation, and cloud platforms is a plus
