We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.Key Responsibilities:Accurately code diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systemsPrepare and submit insurance claims to payers in a timely and compliant mannerFollow up on unpaid claims and manage claim denials effectivelyInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies with insurance providersMaintain comprehensive and confidential patient recordsEnsure all documentation meets HIPAA compliance standardsSupport revenue cycle processes to maximize reimbursementsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in medical billing and codingStrong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systemsProficiency with medical billing software and EHR systemsComprehensive understanding of medical terminology and billing regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferredCertification preferred: CPC, CCS, or similar credentialsSkills and Competencies:Exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer literacy and technical proficiencyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approachAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentJoin our supportive team and grow with an expanding practice committed to exceptional patient care.Flexible work from home options available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
